Product Description:
Innovative technology one-component polyurethane acrylic hybrid waterborne paint for interior and exterior floors of mild stress. Ideal for use on smooth concrete surfaces such as warehouses, industrial floors, domestic garages, yards, etc. It dries quickly and due to its modification with nanotechnology, it acquires excellent hardening, making it resistant to walking in a short period of time. It exhibits strong adhesion, resistance to weather conditions and washing with cleaning agents, very good resistance to wear and impact. It has a mild odor; high coverage and it is easy to apply providing a uniform satin finish.

Surface Preparation:
To ensure good adhesion, the surface must be smooth, dry, clean and free of dust, grease, residues, blistered paint or varnish etc.
On surfaces that need repair: use the appropriate KRAFT repair material.
On new smooth cement/concrete surfaces, directly apply 2 coats of KRAFT FLOORSHIELD after applying the first coat thinned 15-20%.
On already painted but stable surfaces with epoxy, polyurethane, chlorinated rubber or acrylic paint, directly apply 2 coats of KRAFT FLOORSHIELD after first applying the first coat diluted 15-20%.
On surfaces subject to greater load, eg domestic garages, or surfaces with more difficult adhesion such as mosaic or asphalt or high absorbency, apply 24 hours before KRAFT EPOXY FLOOR PRIMER (TR).
Application Instructions:
Avoid applying in case of expected rain in the next 2 days.
The product shall be tinted with KRAFT INSPIRED COLOR tinting system to thousand shades.
Before start painting, dilute the paint by adding 10-15% by volume tap water and stir well. In case of direct application, dilute 15-20% for the first coat.
Suitable application tool: Brush or roller.
Apply 2 coats of KRAFT FLOORSHIELD
Minimum recoating time: 5 – 6 hours.
Drying time approx.30 mins at 25°C and RH 50% (drying times are longer in wet / cold conditions)
Avoid application at temperatures below 5°C or greater than 35°C and relative humidity greater than 60%.
After Use Instructions:
Close the bucket well to maintain in good condition for future use. Store before and after opening in a cool place and away from sunlight, frost conditions and humidity.
Immediately clean tools with warm water and detergent.
The painted surface can be used within 48 hours after drying
